Terms and conditions of sale
This English page summarises our terms for convenience. The French version is the only binding text: Conditions générales de vente. Please read it in full before signing up.
What the service covers
Visa UK provides support in obtaining a GAE visa — Government Authorised Exchange. This covers checking your eligibility, reviewing and approving your sponsorship application, step-by-step guidance throughout your visa application, and support during your internship.
Fees
Our fees are €1,315 for an internship of 0 to 6 months and €1,500 for an internship of 6 to 12 months. Fees charged by the UK authorities and by the sponsor are not included and are payable separately. They are listed on the pricing page.
What we do not decide
The final decision on a visa belongs to the British authorities, and the decision to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship belongs to the sponsor. Neither is ours to make, and neither can be guaranteed. Our commitment is to the quality and completeness of the application we submit.
Withdrawal and cancellation
The conditions for withdrawal and cancellation, and the amounts refundable at each stage of the process, are set out in the French version of these terms.
