Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and why
- Contact forms — your name, email address, phone number and message, so that we can answer your enquiry and, where relevant, build your sponsorship application.
- Eligibility check — the information you provide about your profile, your host company and your internship, so that we can assess whether you qualify for the GAE visa.
- Presentation video — your email address and phone number, in exchange for access to the video, so that we can follow up on your project.
- Audience measurement — anonymous usage statistics, to understand how the site is used.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for three years from our last contact with you. Data relating to a sponsorship application is kept for the period required by the programme and by our legal obligations.
Who it is shared with
Your data is shared with our British sponsor where this is necessary to process your application, and with our technical service providers — hosting, email, customer relationship management. It is never sold.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to its processing. Write to contact@visa-uk.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
